The leader of the Opposition has once again asked if the Minister, Deputy Reilly, will attend the House. Unfortunately, I do not order the Minister's diary but I know he wishes to be accommodating, as much as possible, to the House. He will attend for statements on 27 October and I ask Members to submit any questions they wish to pose to the Minister before 20 October to my office. The Minister has agreed to do his best to answer all questions and any he does not answer he will prioritise and answer by letter. He hopes to be in a position to answer all questions on 27 October.

Members have submitted questions for the Minister, Deputy Rabbitte, today to my office. Unfortunately, my computer has been down since last Friday and is still not working. As a result I have not received questions. Members will be in a position to ask the Minister questions but he will not have had prior notice of them.

Senators Bacik, Walsh and others referred to Ireland's human rights record and asked for a debate-----
