Order of Business.

The Order of Business is Nos. 1 to 4 on the Order Paper. No. 1, statements on the Arts, are to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude no later than 2.15 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed six minutes; questions to the Minister from other Senators will be taken in turn, through the Chair. There will be a sos from 2.15 p.m. to 3 p.m.

No. 2, Private Members' business will commence at 3 p.m. and conclude no later than 5 p.m. No. 3, Twenty-Ninth Amendment of the Constitution (Judges' Remuneration) Bill 2011 - all Stages, will commence at 5 p.m. and conclude no later than 7 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the contributions of group spokespersons to the Second Stage debate not to exceed eight minutes and of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes. No. 4, resolution to be prescribed for the information of voters pursuant to section 23 of the Referendum Act 1994, No. 12 of 1994 in relation to the proposal to amend Article 35 of the Constitution, which is contained in the Twenty-Ninth Amendment of the Constitution (Judges' Remuneration) Bill 2011 and is the subject of a constitutional referendum, is to be taken without debate.
