According to my stopwatch, it is now 4 p.m. and, in accordance with the order of the Seanad of this day, I am required to put the following question: "That amendment No. 4 is hereby negatived, in respect of each of the sections undisposed of that the section is hereby agreed to, that the Title is hereby agreed to, that the Bill is hereby reported to the House without amendment, that the Bill is received for final consideration and that the Bill do now pass."
