Maurice Cummins (Fine Gael)

I thank the Minister for coming before the House. This is the first experiment the Seanad has had with questions and answers. While we can tweak the procedure for conducting our business, this is a good example of how Senators should do business in future, primarily because of the expertise and assistance provided by the Minister. I thank him for responding to all the questions posed.
