We only have until 2.15 p.m to deal with fisheries. Perhaps the Minister can give us a short outline at the beginning and we will deal with questions. We have eaten into the time. Members complained about not getting to contribute and ask questions. Some Members contributed three or four times and we must legislate against it in future so that we allow other people in. Everyone will have a chance to contribute on the topic of fisheries if everyone asks one or two questions rather than making speeches.
