Before proceeding with statements, I ask Members to join me in welcoming His Excellency, Mr. Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. On my own behalf and on behalf of my colleagues in Seanad Éireann I extend a warm welcome to him and wish him a successful visit to Ireland.
