The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re Offences against the State (Amendment) Act 1998 (No. 39 of 1998), to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and conclude not later than 4.15 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called upon to reply to the debate no later than 4.10 p.m; No. 2 , statements on the allocation of language support and resource teachers for special needs pupils in the context of the employment control framework, to be taken at 4.15 p.m. and conclude not later than 6.15 pm, with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed six minutes, with the Minister to be called upon to reply not later than 6.10 p.m.
