Students will be charged €2,000 again this year but there is uncertainty about what will happen in 2012 and 2013. The Minister of State said the HEA is working on a report which the Minister commissioned. Will the Minister outline the terms of reference for the new report to both Houses of the Oireachtas, given the Hunt report has already been published?
