In the past, under a former leader, people from outside this Chamber addressed the House and we followed that up with a question and answer session. These things can happen if the will is there. People connected with the public service can also be brought in. We must find ways and means of doing this because the situation is too serious. We are all paid out of the public purse and people out there are depending on us to come up with solutions to problems.
