Senator Boyle moved an amendment to the Order of Business: "That, on the conclusion of No. 1, 30 minutes be allocated to debate No. 14, Mental Health (Involuntary Procedures) (Amendment) Bill 2008: Committee and Remaining Stages." The Leader indicated he is prepared to accept this amendment. Is the amendment agreed? Agreed.

Senator Leyden moved amendment No. 2 to the Order of Business: "That statements on the Irish Government's position on the situation in Libya be taken today." The amendment was not seconded and the amendment subsequently falls. Is the Order of Business, as amended, agreed?
