Considering that we will not carry this much farther today, we should just do what we can. A new Government will be entering office tomorrow. I ask Senator Coghlan, who is taking this legislation on behalf of the other side of the House, to ensure tomorrow, when he is in a position to do so, that it will be put on the agenda for completion very quickly in the new Dáil in order to sort out the problem that has been highlighted. It will not go away.

I will not reiterate the points that have been made.
