Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the adoption of a national policy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the State; to provide for the making of plans by the Government to enable the State to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to the effects of climate change; to make provision for the setting, and achievement, of national emissions reduction targets to further transition to a low carbon, climate resilient and environmentally sustainable economy; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
