I want to be fair to everyone present. I am disappointed with regard to the approach Senator Feeney has taken to the Chair of the House. From today onwards, my hands are tied with regard to the time limits that apply to Members' contributions on the Order of Business. I would appreciate it if people would observe the time limits to which I refer. When Senator Feeney's time was exhausted, I called on her to conclude. I call the Leader.
