Martin Mansergh (Tipperary South, Fianna Fail)

I am presenting to the House the Government's four year national recovery plan. This is a period of considerable difficulty for the country and the plan provides a framework for economic recovery. It sets out the measures that will be taken to restore order to the public finances. It identifies the areas of economic activity which will provide growth and employment in the recovery.
