I ask the Leader to use his good offices and ask the Taoiseach to bring forward the budget, given that the four-year strategy is being published tomorrow. As Senators Fitzgerald and Coffey said, we should have the leaders of the two main Opposition parties in Dáil Éireann as parties to the memorandum of agreement. The people are tired and fed up and want change.
