Camillus Glynn (Fianna Fail)

Scarcely a week goes by when we do not hear about a young man being killed in a road accident. It is time this House held a serious debate on this matter because clearly something is amiss. I ask the Leader to arrange for the Minister for Transport, Deputy Dempsey, to debate the matter with us so that we can hear proposals and views from all sides of the House on how we might tackle this crisis. I ask the Leader to put this matter at the top of his agenda.
