I ask the Minister for Education and Science to come to the House to discuss the €330 million left in her Department's capital fund for building projects, given that there are only two months in which to spend it. I agree with Senator Harris that no heads will roll and that this is immoral. A school in my parish has eight prefabs which means children are being taught in substandard accommodation. The design team was appointed four years' ago and I fail to understand the reason the school has not been helped. I am sure there are hundreds of other schools in the same situation. It was suggested on radio this morning that perhaps a slush fund was being created for use in a general election. I ask the Leader to deal with that suggestion.
