It is important to keep one's thinking matter going, which we all need as Senator Healy Eames said earlier. It is entrepreneurs who have new ideas and take action who will get this country back on its feet. I put myself in that category, having been an entrepreneur in my previous life. The New York Times article states that doing crosswords, Sudoku etc. simply allows people to become good at crosswords and Sudoku, but does not improve cognitive skills. The best way to retain cognitive ability is to remain in work.
