I will not take all of my time. I want to make a brief contribution and to thank the Minister of State for his speech. His enthusiasm comes very much to the fore. It is great to have that enthusiasm. I was particularly struck by how he implored everybody who has a responsibility here, all members of all political parties, to tog out for the team. I was disappointed to hear the previous contributor speak about Ireland's economy as a basket case. What kind of good will that bring us anywhere?
