They actually do have time. If one talks to any of the businesses, they will make the point that they want to be listened to. Not a single one of the users of this strategy, upon whom its success depends, is included in the high-level group that led to its development. There are so many people who would be willing to be involved. Mr. Craig Barrett is an example and I know the Government has engaged with him. Having such a person involved in the group would be desirable. Many SMEs and companies have staff with an understanding of how we are performing in the markets.
