I ask the Leader about the conflicts of interest that might arise and what the Minister and his Department are doing about them. We are now being told there will be 2,000 job losses among the staff of the banks. I do not think a single person working in a bank branch should lose his or her job unless those at the top who are responsible for the appalling mess are rooted out.
