However, I am not convinced that he is right and it is appalling to hear confirmation tonight from one of our committees that €20 billion of Irish taxpayers' money is being poured down the drain. I am afraid, with respect to the decency of many of the people in the current Government, that I will be voting in favour of the motion of no confidence in the Government.
