Before I respond to the Order of Business, I would like to say a few words about the sad passing of our dear friend and colleague, Senator Willie Farrell. I had a great personal and working relationship with him, and he was a wonderful man, a highly intelligent Member of Seanad Éireann and a truly excellent public representative.
