When we hear people who are practising at judicial level say that this is a valuable and important service provided in the interests of the child by the State, we know we should seek to institute it as far as possible. Perhaps the Minister of State knows of a reason it is not always good for this service to be provided automatically. I support the thrust of what Senator Fitzgerald said.
