There is some protection. I ask the Minister of State to see if it would be possible to build in a consultation with somebody acting in loco parentis, if such a person is available. It would be worth changing the Minister of State's proposal, whereby the HSE will not have to consult with any person at all, so that it is not so total. I accept that there may well be circumstances in which there is no one to consult. We could allow for that as well.
