I am glad the Minister of State, Deputy Moloney, has finally listened to people on St. Loman's and issued a statement that it will close within three years. I support all Senators who called for a debate on A Vision for Change. This is an issue I have raised since elected to the Seanad. I fail to see why, after four years, we have not had a debate on A Vision for Change.
