Dog Breeding Establishments Bill 2009: Committee Stage (Resumed)

I can only speak in general terms. This issue arises because, as Members may know, the Hunting Association of Ireland sought exemptions from inspections and the licence fee requirements. In that instance, I proposed that while people could not be exempted from inspections, as the Hunting Association of Ireland operates on a not-for-profit basis, it was exempted from the fees. Therefore, I could look at issues in a similar light but have not done so. Members have just raised this issue in respect of the Irish Coursing Club. I will try to be as fair as possible but my approach will be similar. I note the Fine Gael Senators are in conclave at present but I am trying to give them some idea of my thinking in this regard. I cannot really see where we could-----
