Donie Cassidy (Fianna Fail)

As there is a vote of confidence in the Dáil, I understand there will be one or two votes in the Dáil and the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Deputy Micheál Martin, will not be available to come to the House until 5.30 p.m. On the Order of Business it was decided that the Private Members' motion would conclude at 7.30 p.m. As usual, two hours will be allocated to the motion. I would appreciate the co-operation of the House in this regard.
