Jim Walsh (Fianna Fail)

I thank the Minister who has again on this occasion shown a propensity to listen to debate in this House and to take on board amendments where he believes there is justification for them. That shows the importance of both Houses and, in our case, the important contribution the Seanad sometimes makes to legislation. I thank the Minister for that. Not every Minister is quite as disposed as he is to taking on board sensible amendments.
