I would like to highlight the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to ensure access to export credit insurance for exporters. I am sorry the Tánaiste, Deputy Coughlan, is not present for this debate. It is not unusual for a senior Minister to be absent in these circumstances. It is nice to see the Minister of State is here.
