It is, therefore, necessary for the Department of Health and Children, the HSE, the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform to work together to assess the current position. I ask the Leader to report back to the House in this regard.
