No. 1 will be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and No. 2 at the conclusion of No. 1 but not before 1.30 p.m. and to conclude not later than 3.30 p.m. Spokespersons may speak for ten minutes and all other Senators for seven; Senators may share time, with the Minister to be called no later than 3.20 p.m. for concluding comments and to take questions from spokespersons or leaders.
