I also believe the detail will be very difficult. As Dr. Somers stated, there will be many challenges, including legal challenges. Just because something is challenging does not mean we should walk away from it. We should rise to the challenge. I know we can and will do that and this is what everybody in the Seanad and the Dáil wants to do. I am confident that if we use our time in these Houses to speak about the ideas we have to improve the detail and ensure it is correct, we will have made a valuable contribution.
