As an educator, it is impossible for such a system to work effectively. The quality of education for both foreign national children and Irish children will be compromised. It is absolutely imperative that the Minister of State with responsibility for integration policy, Deputy Conor Lenihan, be invited to the Chamber to debate this issue. He must work with the Minister for Social and Family Affairs and the Minister for Education and Science to address this reality.
