I thank Senator Cummins, the party leaders, the Whips, the Cathaoirleach and the Clerk for their co-operation and understanding. The Bill is before the House this morning. I understand clarification was required on a technicality but the Bill is now proceeding as originally proposed. I note Senator Buttimer's comments and will certainly pass them on.
