With regard to the situation in the banking sector, how have we allowed it to go so far? Senator Ross made a very eloquent point in this regard. I do not blame the regulator on his own. Where was the governance in the banking fraternity? Where was the sense of trust? It was breached. This emanated from Government due to a lack of leadership.
