Order of Business
11:00 am
Ivor Callely (Fianna Fail)
I have listened with interest today to the comments to the Leader. I have spoken to many people in my constituency in the past few days who have acknowledged that the country has experienced an economic transformation in the past few years, achieved through the hard work and enterprise of the citizens and led by the good, sound economic policies of the Fianna Fáil-led Governments. Contrary to what is being said by the Opposition, it is the general view that our economy is strong and dynamic and is well placed to face the current international turbulence. Much has been said about the economy and I want to balance it by saying this country has a low level of public debt——
