Last year, before the Deputy Leader's party went into Government, its members lectured everybody about the economy. Now, all Senator Boyle can do is to say he welcomes decentralisation. I ask the Leader to raise with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the status of the decentralisation programme and the matter of the e-voting machines which are now costing millions to store. It is important that we have an honest debate on the economy because people are being affected.
