I acknowledge that the Minister of State is new to his job but does he accept that the answer from the Department on this issue has not changed in 18 months? Is there possibility of a notional time frame for resolution of this issue? This funding has been allocated on several occasions and, if it is not drawn down now, we fear that it will not be given again. Can the Minister of State confirm that funding will be available when the lease is sorted and tell us whether the issue will be resolved within weeks or months? I have indicated the frequency with which I raised this matter but the answer unfortunately has not changed.
