I want to make it absolutely clear that irrespective of whether the Leader asked the Cathaoirleach whether he would name someone, the answer is still the same. Even if the Cathaoirleach said "Yes" to that, the Leader still could not do so. Will the Cathaoirleach clarify that for the House?
