Today, the good people of Valentia and Malin are before the Joint Committee on Transport and I have no doubt they will get a good hearing. We must remind ourselves that these people have a sterling record of first class service to this State. In these straitened times of sharp economic downturn, we need to conserve resources and not waste what is available. If further specialised equipment needs to be installed, I suggest we have suitable premises for that at both Valentia and Malin. I look forward to today's meeting.
