I accept Senator Butler's bona fides with regard to his concerns about the contractions taking place in the construction industry. As the Senator said, something is wrong in this area and the managers are being strait-jacketed by the Department with regard to this, that and the other programme. I have seen major programmes cancelled and I know something is wrong. That is all I will say on that matter. The Leader can respond if he wishes.
