The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to act immediately and publicly to restore the good name of an Irish citizen (details supplied) and to ensure that all relevant documentation is made available to him at once.

I have also received notice from Senator Dominic Hannigan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Foreign Affairs to clarify his intentions in relation to the renegotiation of trade agreements with the ACP countries, and if he will make a statement on the Government's future policy in relation to economic partnership agreements.

I have also received notice from Senator Paschal Donohoe of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to provide an update on the status of plans for Liberty House in inner city Dublin and to confirm plans for the quick delivery of the project.

I have also received notice from Senator Cecilia Keaveney of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to decide a way forward for the introduction of arts therapies to special schools, given the proven benefits noted in Scoil Íosagáin Buncrana from its one year of music therapy for their special needs students, now threatened with withdrawal.

I regard the matters raised by Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Norris, Hannigan and Donohoe and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Keaveney may give notice on another day of the matter she wishes to raise.
