Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs: Motion
1:00 pm
Jerry Buttimer (Fine Gael)
I have the utmost respect for her, but she has failed completely in the delivery of the health service, as did her predecessor, Deputy Martin. It is time for change. The Minister of State, Deputy Devins, is in the Department. He cannot be above in Sligo saying one thing and here in Dublin saying something else. I respect where he is coming from in that he is a good local politician, but we need leadership. We have not had leadership from Professor Drumm and Deputy Harney. I hope we get leadership from 7 May because we need it and, more importantly, the children and their parents need it.
