It is proposed that No. 1 be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and adjourned not later than 3.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, spokespersons may speak for ten minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes, and Senators may share time with the agreement of the house; No. 2 to be taken not earlier than 3.30 p.m. and to adjourn at 5.00 p.m., if not previously concluded, spokespersons to speak for 12 minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes, and Senators may share time with the agreement of the House; No. 3 to be taken at the conclusion of No. 2 and to conclude not later than 7.00 p.m — No. 1 to resume if not previously concluded. The business of the House to be interrupted between 1.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.
