It is proposed that No. 1 be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude not later than 2.00 p.m. if not previously concluded, spokespersons may speak for ten minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes, and Senators may share time with the agreement of the House; No. 2 to be taken at 2.00 p.m. and to adjourn not later than 5.00 p.m. if not previously concluded, spokespersons may speak for 12 minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes, and Senators may share time with the agreement of the House; No. 17, motion 35 to be taken at 5.00 p.m., and No. 2 to resume at 7.00 p.m. if not previously concluded.
