I thank the Minister of State for his reply, which I welcome. He is acknowledging that €15 million is being allocated. However, how is the shortfall of €65 million to be met? The Minister of State said the Department will be responding to the council very shortly. What does he mean by "very shortly" in light of the delay of seven or eight years?
