The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re time limits for the Order of Business, to be taken without debate at the conclusion of the Order of Business; No. 2, motion re Council Framework Decision on combatting certain forms of racism and xenophobia, referred to committee, without debate, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 1; No. 3, statements on national waste strategy, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 2 and to adjourn not later than 5 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed ten minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed eight minutes and on which Senators may share time; No. 13, Private Members' Business, motion No. 33, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 3 and to conclude not later than 7 p.m.

Regarding No. 1, I thank the party leaders for their co-operation. On Wednesdays of weeks where the Seanad sits for three days, Private Members' Business shall remain at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
