I have received notice from Senator Corrigan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to provide a report on the commencement of inspections for residential facilities for children with disabilities, adults with intellectual disabilities and special needs, and unaccompanied minors.

I have also received notice from Senator Cannon of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to update the House on the provision of a new secondary school at Kinvara, County Galway.

I have also received notice from Senator Buttimer of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to outline the timetable for the design and construction of the Sarsfield Road and Bandon Road flyovers on the N25 in Cork.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Corrigan and Cannon as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Buttimer as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter, for which the National Roads Authority is responsible.
