I listened carefully to Senator Mary White's contribution here yesterday and she might afford me the same courtesy. The Minister said it is not a U-turn because he intended doing this anyway. We are relying on the Minister and the Government to introduce a proper child care scheme but we are not obtaining much from him in that regard.
